This pretty heart card is easily made from red, pink, or white hole punch circles glued to a piece of construction paper. It makes a great card or Valentine’s Day decoration.
- Two colors of construction paper, red, pink, and/or white
- Glue stick
- A hole punch
- A pencil
Instructions
Fold one piece of construction paper in half to make a card shape. This will be the main body of the card.
Using another color of construction paper and a paper punch, punch out a lot of tiny circles.
Using a pencil, draw a heart on your card.
Click here for a heart template, then print it out. This template has many different sizes of hearts on one page. You can choose the one you want to use after you print it.
Using a glue stick, spread glue on the heart. Glue the paper circles onto the heart. It’s easier if you first put the circles along the outline of the heart. Then, fill in the inside of the heart.
Tip: To pick up the tiny circles, moisten your fingertip slightly.
You now have a pretty Valentine’s Day card for Valentine’s Day (or a great Valentine decoration)!
