Sometimes, the date is written like this: June 28, 2015 (note that there is a comma after the day, but not after the month).

Sometimes, the date is written in long form, like this: Sunday, June 28, 2015 (note that there are commas after the day of the week and the day of the month, but there is no comma after the month).

Sometimes, the date is written in numerical form, like this: 6/28/15 (month/date/year). Note that the month is replaced by a number (see the chart below) and sometimes only the last two digits of the year appear. In some countries, the month and day are reversed.
