Instructions

1.

Print the semi-circular family tree diagram (that lists up to great-grandparents) or the long version that lists up to great-great-grandparents.

Fill in the sections of the family tree diagram, adding: yourself, siblings, parents, grandparents, great-grandparents, and (if you chose the large template) great-great-grandparents.
