This scary Halloween pop-up card is simple to make from construction paper.
- A piece of black construction paper
- A piece of orange construction paper
- A piece of white construction paper
- Glue
- Scissors
- A black marker
Instructions
Fold a piece of black construction paper in half, into a card shape.
Make four short, parallel cuts along the fold line. They should be in two pairs.
Fold over the flaps that were formed by the cuts.
Unfold the folds you just made and open up the card.
Push up the flaps made by the cuts.
Close the card so that the flaps are inside the card when it is closed.
Draw two ghosts on a piece of white paper. Make sure that they will fit side-by-side inside the card when it is folded.
Cut the ghosts out.
Glue each ghost onto a flap.
Close the card.
Fold an orange piece of construction paper in half, into a card shape.
Glue the orange piece of construction paper onto the outside of the ghost card. Make sure you don’t glue the place where the ghosts are.
Write a Halloween message on your scary card.
