Enchanted Learning Software's Paper Nameplate Craft More Crafts These simple nameplates are easy to make and stand up on your desk.

Supplies needed:

Paper and a printer A Marker Glue or a stapler

Print out the nameplate template -- click here.

Using a thick marker, write the student's name on the nameplate twice (remember that the center line of the page will be the top of the nameplate, so one name will be written upside down). You may also want to decorate the nameplate with drawings or stickers.

Fold along each of the three fold lines.

Staple or glue the two bottom folds of the nameplate together to form the bottom of the nameplate. (When you look at the nameplate sideways, it has the shape of a triangle.) The student can use this nameplate on their desk to help learn to write their name.
