Students learn about Japan and practice Internet research skills at the same time.

*** METAL CUT-OUT ORNAMENTS CRAFT ***

These metal cut-outs are like traditional Mexican tin cut-outs. You can make these shiny ornaments from disposable aluminum pie plates. They make great holiday decorations.

*** INVENTIONS, ORGANIZED BY INVENTOR *** We organized a new set of invention pages, organized by the inventor's nationality. You'll also find pages on women inventors and African-American inventors.

We've added several new pages to our collection of world flags with quizzes and coloring print-outs. The new flags added to our collection include the flags of Argentina, Germany, Haiti, Italy, Morocco, the Netherlands, Nigeria, and Norway.

We've also added some new pages of flags of the world organized by the type of design on the flag. Come see couped crosses, fimbriated flags, flags with stars, flags with crescents, and more.

We've added six new dinosaur fact sheets, on Argentinosaurus, Bactrosaurus, Carnotaurus, Dromaeosaurus, Panoplosaururs, and Stygimoloch. Come find out which one of these is the biggest dinosaur ever discovered, up to 140 feet long and 100 tons in weight!
