SUBMISSION AGREEMENT This Submission Agreement ("Agreement") applies to any submission of content made to the Enchanted Learning website; the website is owned by Enchanted Learning, LLC. By submitting any material, you ("Submitter") and Enchanted Learning, LLC ("Enchanted Learning") agree to be bound by the Agreement. The Agreement applies to all material submitted ("Submitted Content") to Enchanted Learning. Submitter is 18 years of age or older.   Submitter grants to Enchanted Learning a non-exclusive, royalty-free, revocable, worldwide license to use Submitted Content and any works derived from Submitted Content on the Enchanted Learning website.   Submitter represents and warrants to Enchanted Learning that the Submitted Content is original work by the Submitter, that the Submitter is the owner of all intellectual property rights in the Submitted Content, and that publication by Enchanted Learning of the Submitted Content will not: (a) violate any copyright law; (b) infringe in any way the literary property of another; (c) defame any person or organization; or (d) violate the privacy or publicity rights or other legal rights of any person or organization. Submitter indemnifies and holds harmless Enchanted Learning and its successors and assigns against any loss they may incur as a result of their reliance on this representation.   There is no obligation for Enchanted Learning to publish Submitted Content. Any publication or use of Submitted Content is done solely at the discretion of Enchanted Learning.   Submissions are deemed to take place in the United States. This agreement will be interpreted according to the laws of Washington state, and any dispute arising under this agreement must be resolved by: negotiation between the parties; mediation or arbitration within King County, Washington, USA; or litigation in a state or federal court sitting in King County, Washington, USA.   Enchanted Learning agrees to credit Submitter with an identifying by-line chosen by Submitter and a credit line, or to keep Submitter anonymous, whichever Submitter prefers.   Submitted Content should be a specific web page or the greater part of a specific web page; it may consist of text, graphics, and/or other media types. If Submitter sends any other suggestion, feedback, or idea to Enchanted Learning, this is not Submitted Content per this Agreement, is not protected by copyright or by this Agreement, and may be used by Enchanted Learning without limitation or further permission.
