Wheels to Use for a Report
Animal Report Wheel Make an animal report wheel using this 2-page print-out; it consists of a base page together with a wheel that spins around. Use the wheel to write facts about the animal, including: Scientific Name, Type of Animal, Color, Size, Diet, Enemies, Habitat, Range, Life Cycle, Life Span, Endangered?, Something Interesting. Also, draw the animal on the top of the wheel. The student then writes a paragraph on interesting features about the animal. |
Biography Book Report Wheel Make a biography book report wheel using this 2-page print-out; it consists of a base page together with a wheel that spins around. The student fills out the parts of the book report, including: Subject of the Biography, Date and Place of Birth, Early Life and Education, Career, Family and Children, Major Accomplishment(s), How the Subject Changed the World, Date and Place of Death. When you spin the wheel, the the parts of the book report appear, one at a time. The student then answers the questions, "If you met the subject of this biography, what questions would you ask? Did you like this book? Would you recommend this book to a friend? Explain why." |
