Dino Talk August, 2002: A Dinosaur Forum

Hi, I'm back!!! I was sitting on the plane thinking "My God I must have tons and tons of catching up to do;" and then I went on here and saw that there was practically no conversation at all. I could bet that this site has never seen anything quite like this before. Without dinosaur topics to discuss people will get bored, and I hate to say this but might even leave. And without those useful people who used to surf the web and post their findings and opinions on this site for people to discuss and argue about this site is certainly not doing too well.

I even miss getting trashed by the really hardcore Rex fans.

I think that there are loads of people who'd love to support but their parents aren't agreeing.

If/When this site becomes free again I predict a gradual flowing back of people as they find out that this site has "re-opened." And when there's enough people the talk will re - start. Until then we must just hold on and keep coming here and be patient and wait. I mean, this can't keep on for ever.

PS can I ask a question JC? This site will be free for everyone when it will be able to support itself with the money the advertisments bring in?

There's only five regulars now. That's if Tom G is here.

Yes, if and when advertising rates go back to where they actually pay for the bandwidth of the page they're on. JC

Message from da masta, July 9th. "I am going to Russia for six weeks."
from Gianna, age ?, ?, ?, ?; August 27, 2002

I don't remember him saying anything about Russia.
from Tim M., age ?, ?, ?, ?; August 23, 2002

I am here too. Didn't da masta say he was going on vacation to Russia?
from Gianna, age ?, ?, ?, ?; August 19, 2002

Good. What about Damasta and Gianna?
